My name is Keith and I have more than 12 years experience in the residential lettings market. I operate in the Cheshire Wirral area. I have realised that landlords who needed to evict their problem tenants were reluctant to do so. They either couldn’t afford a solicitor or they had no idea how to go about the eviction process themselves.  There is no doubt that the legal tenant eviction process can look daunting and it is getting more complicated each year as a simple browse through the relevant Government web pages shown here will testify.

Ideally, you will wish to hold on to your tenant for as long as possible. However, circumstances may arise that indicate the best course of action is for you to part company. To do this with any guarantee of success means you need to go through the legal process. This doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to go to court.  However, the smallest mistake on paperwork can end in disaster with the problem tenant still residing in your property.
